FELTING & WATERPROOFING

We offer two methods of BBA certified felting – torch applied or roll and pour bitumen. Felt can be applied in a 2 or 3-layer build-up to renew or repair your existing felt roof for immediate waterproofing, thermal benefits and to improve the appearance of your building.

Alternatively, we offer BBA certified cold liquid applied waterproofing, which is a high-performance, solvent-free, fleece-reinforced system based on polyurethane resin. This odour-free material cures to form a permanently elastic, seamless membrane and is a practical choice where felting is not appropriate.

ROOFLIGHT SOLUTIONS

Enhance your shop floor with natural lighting by installing BBA approved rooflights. A simple and effective way to transform dark interiors, a rooflight allows more natural light into your building, reducing your reliance on artificial lighting and the associated energy costs. In addition, increased natural light has been shown to have a positive impact on employee well-being, improving mental health and productivity in your workforce.

Our surveyors will discuss your options and design rooflight solutions ideally positioned to allow maximum natural light into your building. All of our rooflight installations come with a 25-year warranty and are fully compliant with UK Building Regulations.

GUTTERING SYSTEMS

Your guttering systems should be inspected for maintenance each year and ideally after heavy downpours. Blocked gutters can lead to serious external damage or internal leaks, leading to expensive repairs to your building contents and machinery. However, at some point every building will age to a point where replacements are necessary.

Our survey and design team can provide an appraisal of your guttering system for a full replacement or our tailored lining alternative. Gutter lining offers a bespoke solution where a seamless ‘gutter within a gutter’ is designed to fit to your existing system configuration, regardless of its complexity. Lining your gutters is a swift and non-disruptive option for your business.
